We’re excited to announce VoIP Innovations are back sponsoring TADHack-mini Orlando. VoIP Innovations (through the company they bought, Apidaze) has sponsored TADHack since its founding in 2014.
This year VoIP Innovations brings with it Sangoma, who bought them in 2019. What’s really cool is Sangoma have 2 prizes this year. One $1k pot for hacks on Apidaze, and a second $1k pot for hacks on Asterisk (the oldest, most popular, and widest used open source telecom project in the world). They’re ideally looking for hacks that mash-up both Apidaze and Asterisk.
Sangoma has the broadest enterprise communications stack in the industry. Their stack includes open source projects like Asterisk and FreePBX, communication APIs from Apidaze, almost every type of enterprise communications platform and service (both cloud and on-premise), through to carrier services.
With Sangoma, businesses of all sizes can find affordable cloud and on-premise enterprise communications systems with advanced functionality.
For those attending Enterprise Connect 2020, make sure to mark the “Hackathon Report: Focus on Intelligent Agents/Assistants” at 2:00 PM on Monday 30th March in Room Sun D. You’ll see the power of Apidaze and Asterisk, and the ease with which solutions to real-world problems (hacks) can be created within only 24 hours. It’s going to be fun!
On related note. Sangoma announced this week Astricon 2020 on the 6-8 October in Orlando. Astricon is THE Asterisk user event. TADSummit Americas <website coming soon> a sister event to TADHack, will be co-located with Astricon this year. From the first ever TADSummit in November of 2013 came the idea for TADHack. We’ll be visiting Orlando twice this year 🙂
