Mark Castleman serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at Bell Labs, the storied, world class research organization of Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to Bell Labs, Mark was Founder and CEO of Vobi, Inc. pioneering contextual collaboration solutions for enterprise.

Other roles and startups include Founder and CEO of PBX Central a hosted voice/PBX service provider for enterprise and service providers, Director of Business Development for Dana Commercial Credit, VP of Product for Caleo Networks a hosted messaging technology developer and investor/founder in Swakker, LLC and early xmpp chat application for iOS. Mark has served as a mentor with Texas Venture Labs and DreamIt Ventures.

Previously he was a competitive rower, college football walk-on, and is actively involved in triathlons. Mark received a BS in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993.

At TADHack in Madrid Mark will be wandering from team to team helping with advice on the hack and pitching given his telecom application development experience and wins a telecom hackathons.
